Dhoni deliberately neglect Sehwag as a part time bowler. Even when he knew that he can take wickets at any stage of the game he had not given him any opportunity and what happened yesterday is a tight slap on Indian Cricket team. 1 ball and 1 short run cost a lot and we can see it on point table.
